Service Satisfaction & Adjustment Policy
At Lukasz Wasilewski Hair Salon, we take immense pride in the artistry and technical precision of our work. Our goal is for every client to leave our Marylebone studio feeling confident and delighted with their results.
Because hair services are a bespoke, time-intensive process, we do not offer monetary refunds on services. However, we are fully committed to ensuring you love your hair through our "Service Adjustment" protocol:
1. The 7-Day Guarantee
If you are not entirely satisfied with your result (e.g., the tone of your dimensional colour or the shape of your cut), please notify us within 7 days of your original appointment. This allows us to address your concerns while the hair is still in its post-salon state.
2. Complimentary Adjustments
If the service outcome deviates from the goals established during your initial consultation with Lukas or your stylist, we will offer a complimentary adjustment appointment.

Timing: We aim to re-book you as a priority, often on the same day or as soon as our schedule allows (typically within 3–5 working days).

Scope: The adjustment must be related to the original service. Changing your mind (e.g., wanting to go significantly darker after requesting a bright blonde) is considered a new service and will be charged accordingly.
3. Professional Assessment
To provide the best solution, we may ask you to return to the studio for a brief visual assessment or to send high-quality photos of your hair in natural light. This ensures we allocate the correct amount of time and the right products (such as Redken or Kérastase) for your adjustment.
4. Third-Party Alterations
Please note that our guarantee is void if the hair has been altered, coloured, or chemically treated by another salon or via at-home products between the time of your original appointment and the adjustment date.
