1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Lukasz Wasilewski Hair Salon website and the booking of services at our Marylebone studio. By using this website or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms in full.
2. Who May Use the Website
You must be at least 18 years of age to book a service independently. If you are under 18, you may only use this website and book services with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.
3. Professional Services & Bookings

Accuracy: When booking via our AI system or Wix Bookings, you must provide true and accurate information.

Consultations: For some bookings, a patch test is required at least 48 hours before your service. We reserve the right to refuse service if a patch test has not been completed.

Late Arrivals: We operate a 15-minute grace period. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or a cancellation fee to avoid disrupting subsequent clients.
4. Payment & Pricing

Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Deposits: For luxury services exceeding [X hours], a non-refundable deposit of [X%] may be required to secure your slot.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our service offerings and pricing at any time. However, the price confirmed at the time of your booking will be honored.
5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late Cancellations: May incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.

No-Shows: Will be charged 100% of the service cost before a new booking can be made.
6. Intellectual Property
The content on this website—including the "Lukas Wasilewski" brand name, logos, bespoke text, and portfolio imagery—is the intellectual property of [Insert Salon Name].

You may not download, reproduce, or use our imagery for commercial purposes without express written consent.

Clients who agree to "Before and After" photos grant us a non-exclusive license to use these for marketing purposes.
7. Warranties & Liability

Service Guarantee: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we provide services with reasonable care and skill. If you are unhappy with your result, please notify us within 7 days for a complimentary adjustment.

Warranties: The website is provided "as is" without any warranties regarding uptime or error-free operation.

Medical Disclosure: You are responsible for disclosing any allergies or medical conditions. We are not liable for reactions to treatments if relevant information was withheld.
8. Termination of Use
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your access to the booking system or website if we believe you are in breach of these Terms, including but not limited to repeated no-shows or inappropriate conduct toward staff.
9. Independent Stylists (Chair Rental)
The information on this site regarding chair rental is an "invitation to treat" and does not constitute a binding contract. Formal rental agreements are subject to a separate, private legal contract between the salon and the independent stylist. The Chair Rental agreement can be superseded by triggering the 'Immediate Termination Clause' in section 10.
10. Zero-Tolerance Conduct & Immediate Termination Clause
Conduct, Safety & Behaviour Policy
The Salon operates a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of abusive, aggressive, threatening, intimidating, violent, or disruptive behaviour.
This policy applies to all individuals on the premises, including but not limited to:

Chair renters / self-employed stylists

Employees
-
Clients and customers
-
Contractors, suppliers, and visitors
Prohibited behaviour includes (but is not limited to):

Verbal abuse, shouting, swearing, intimidation, or harassment

Gossiping, bullying, or behaviour intended to cause distress or division

Threatening behaviour or language
-
Physical aggression or assault of any kind

Damage to property or misuse of products or equipment

Any conduct that creates a hostile, unsafe, or unprofessional environment
Immediate action and removal
The Salon reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to:

Require any individual engaging in the above behaviour to leave the premises immediately

Terminate any chair rental licence, agreement, booking, or permission to be on the premises with immediate effect

Permanently refuse future access to the Salon
Superseding notice, contracts, and agreements
Where a breach of this policy occurs:

Immediate termination and removal shall apply, and
-
This right supersedes and overrides any notice period, contract, agreement, or arrangement that would otherwise apply
No compensation, refund, or notice shall be payable in such circumstances.
Safety and escalation
Where behaviour is deemed to pose a risk to the safety of clients, staff, or others, the Salon reserves the right to:

Contact emergency services or law enforcement

Take any action deemed necessary to protect individuals and the business
Acknowledgement
Entry to, or operation within, the Salon constitutes acceptance of this policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
